At Zavi Motor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

• Returns and refund requests are only accepted within 10 days from the date your order was delivered.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

• Any item returned that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

• To initiate a return or refund request, please contact us via our helpline or WhatsApp.

• Once your return request is approved, you'll receive instructions on how to send the product back to us.

• Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Refund Processing

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 2 to 3 working days.

• Refunds can be issued via:

  • Bank transfer (customer must provide valid bank details), or

  • Store credit, based on the customer’s preference.
